Important Info
Why
do I need to change my password regularly?
It is a good idea to
change your password occasionally. By changing your password
on a regular basis and using numbers and capital letters in
your password, you can protect your DNLWeb account from unauthorized
access.
Where
can I host my Website?
We offer a variety
of hosting plans for you to choose from, starting as low as
$50 US. For more information, visit our
hosting plans page.
Can
I purchase DNLWeb's services without a credit card?
No. Due to the recent
changes in the way that domains are registered and managed,
we can no longer accept any form of payment other than credit
cards. Place your order with us and we will respond with link
for online payment.
Will
DNLWeb be providing primary and secondary DNS servers?
Yes, we will. For each
registration you need two different domain name system (DNS)
servers. In order to receive any of DNLWeb services your domain
must utilize our DNS. Your registered domain name will automatically
be defaulted to our DNS.
What
are the chances of your staff misspelling my domain name or
personal information during the registration process?
Absolutely none. DNLWeb
domain registration process is completely automated. Your domain
name and personal information are recorded exactly the way you
enter it.
How
much web space do I get?
If you just want to
park your domain, you won't get any webspace, but you always
can select our least expensive hosting plan and for only $50
US per month you will have 5MB of space and 2 email addresses.
Or check our webhosting
plans for more options.
My
ISP/web hosting company asked me to have DNLWeb "release" my
domain name. What does this mean?
When an ISP or Web
hosting company tells you that DNL Web needs to "release" your
domain name in order for them to point it to your web site or
configure it for email, this basically means that you (the administrative
contact listed for the domain name) need to change the DNS (Domain
Name Server) information listed as authoritative for your domain
name.
To modify your domain name, click on "Manage" link
and follow the wizard.
Would
I be able to change and update my web pages on a regular basis?
DNLWeb NETWORK allows you to update your page as often as you
require. There is no charge for updating your web site. You
have unlimited access via FTP, using your private id and password,
24-hours a day. So, you can create and maintain your web pages
on your own computer and upload files to your web site any time
you want.
How
do I place an order?
Fill out our online order form all prices are in US currency.
What
are the terms and conditions?

and conditions by clicking on the menu link on every
page.
What do the different
